Parish Council Minutes extraordinary planning meeting September 2010
MIDGHAM PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of the extraordinary Parish Council meeting held on Tuesday 7 September 2010 in the Village Hall at 7.30pm to discuss pending planning applications and outstanding payments.
Present were Mr H Long (Chairman) (HL), Mrs M Rusbridge (MR), Mr D Lombardo (DL), Mr J Carey, the Clerk Mrs A Spoor and 5 members of the public.
1. Apologies for absence were received from J Ormrod. Mr J Goddard was unable to attend following an accident prior to the meeting.
2. Declarations of interest – Mr J Carey declared an interest that he was a personal friend of the Harpers re Hall Court Planning Application and Mr H Long declared that he was neighbour to the Harpers.
3. Clerks’ report: Financial statement: c/a £286.26 Cr d/a £17185.38Cr
Bills to be paid £42.00 Gardenmo
£139.99 Gardenmo
Clerks salary (6 months) & expenses £1074.64
The councillors present agreed these amounts.

10/01732/LBC Hall Court, Midgham Green, Midgham, Reading, Berkshire, RG7 5TX
HL has reviewed the application with the applicant Mr Harper and understands the intention to restore many of the original Queen Ann/William Mary period features of the house which have been eroded over the years. It is felt that the proposed extension to the stable block will be barely noticeable and therefore the parish council feel no reason to object. No objections were submitted.
10/01551/HOUSE Garth House, Bath Road, Midgham, Berkshire, RG7 5XB
MR has spoken to 2 of the neighbours who felt they would not be affected by the proposed extension. No objections were submitted.
