Midgham Parish Council needs you - vacancy for a new councillor

MIDGHAM PARISH COUNCIL NEEDS YOU!

Become involved with Midgham’s future! How do you see the future of your village?

Midgham Parish Council has vacancies for new councillors and would love to hear from anyone interested in becoming involved in the running of Midgham. If you have an opinion, want to see things done differently or are able to contribute in any way – your parish needs you! The qualifications are enthusiasm and commitment to local issues. The meetings, held once a month, include discussions re planning issues, maintenance work around the village, flooding issues. liaison with West Berkshire Council plus more. If you want to make your views count, this is the job for you!

Come along and see what’s involved. There is an open invitation to anyone wishing to come along to the monthly meetings of the Parish Council. These are held on the fourth Tuesday of every month in the village hall and start at 7.30 pm. An agenda for the meeting is placed on the Birds Lane notice board. Members of the public are welcome to attend - it is always good to see new faces.
